Terms of use

Tiho is a beta voice-capture and writing service for personal notes and dictation. Transcripts and formatting can contain mistakes; review important text before using or sending it. Tiho is not a medical or emergency service.

Free plan and subscriptions

The free plan includes 2,000 transcribed words per account each week, shared across all devices and recording features. The allowance resets each Monday at 00:00 UTC; unused words do not roll over. No card is required and free access does not expire after seven days. Summaries and translations of your text do not consume the word allowance again. Free recordings and sessions can last up to 30 minutes; 60-minute sessions require a paid subscription. At the limit, processing stops and the remaining audio stays available for later transcription. Long recordings are processed in bounded parts; only text within the word balance is returned. Limits on repeated or excessively long processing also protect the service from abuse.

Paid plans are Tiho ($9.99 monthly or $99 yearly) and Tiho Pro ($19 monthly or $199 yearly). In some countries the prices are set in the local currency; the price and currency shown at checkout apply. Monthly subscriptions get a loyalty discount: 10% off the second monthly payment and 20% off every payment from the third, for as long as the subscription continues without interruption. The discount does not apply to yearly billing, does not combine with other discounts, and a new subscription after cancellation starts again from the first month. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation preserves access until the end of the paid period. Previously scheduled subscriptions retain their billing dates; manage renewal in the subscription portal.

Previously saved material remains available to read, export and delete after the subscription ends. Cloud processing also has safeguards for recording duration, storage, unusual usage and service costs. A request may be paused when a processing budget is reached; this does not delete your locally saved recording. Paid access does not promise unlimited processing.

Availability

Mac is in beta for macOS 15 or newer on Apple Silicon and Intel. iPhone is by invitation. Apple Watch is undergoing device testing. Features and availability differ by platform. Network access and system permissions are required for cloud and dictation features.

Recordings and account

You control what you record and should have permission to record others. Keep a copy of important recordings. Do not abuse the service, circumvent account limits, or upload unlawful material. You can delete your account in the app at any time. Deletion closes the account and cancels the subscription immediately; unlike cancelling renewal, it ends paid access right away. By default the data is kept for 30 days, during which you can restore the account by signing in again, and is then erased. You can choose immediate permanent erasure instead, when deleting or later by signing in to the closed account. A restored account returns on the free plan: a cancelled subscription is not reinstated and has to be started again. See the privacy notice for processing and deletion details.

Удаление аккаунта закрывает его и отменяет подписку сразу; данные хранятся 30 дней, и в это время аккаунт можно восстановить, войдя снова, уже на бесплатном плане. Можно выбрать и немедленное удаление без восстановления. Tiho является сервисом для заметок и диктовки, а не медицинским сервисом.
